Treasured Moments is a free-to-use facial recognition photo discovery platform. Event photographers can upload event photos, and participants can search and download their images without any login or payment.

2. User Access

No account or login is required to access or use the platform features. Participants may freely browse, search, and download event photos.

3. Facial Recognition Search

Users may upload a selfie or photo to find matching images from event galleries. By doing so, you:

• Consent to temporary biometric processing.
• Confirm the uploaded image is your own or that you have the necessary permission.

4. Photo Ownership and Licensing

• Photographers retain ownership of uploaded photos.
• Participants may download images for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must have the right to upload any image.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Upload photos you don’t own or are unauthorized to use.
• Use facial recognition to identify others without consent.
• Misuse the system or upload inappropriate or illegal content.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, and facial recognition algorithms are proprietary to the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove content or block users for abuse or legal violations.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee perfect photo matches.
• We are not liable for misuse of images by third parties.
• We are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Mumbai courts.
